For Investors

Investor Summary

A concise investment narrative focused on operating leverage, repeatability, recurring revenue and productization.

The Investment Narrative in One Page

Digital Solution Research Inc. is being built around a simple economic thesis: many valuable organizational processes remain offline, fragmented, manually administered or poorly connected. Those inefficiencies create measurable cost, delay, capacity constraints and poor user experience.

Our role is to make those processes observable, convert them into structured data, identify the real bottleneck, redesign the workflow and build the digital infrastructure that can operate the improved process.

A repeatable transformation method: Capture → Structure → Analyze → Redesign → Automate → Productize → Scale.
A deliberate path from project revenue toward recurring and usage-based revenue.
One core product, configured for each customer — not rebuilt from scratch every time.
Margins that improve over time, because we reuse what we’ve already built.
A market-entry strategy that uses selective early engagements to gain direct operational knowledge and validate product demand.
A portfolio direction focused on workflow automation, smart infrastructure, self-service transactions and digital public-service delivery.
DSR is not designed to sell hours indefinitely. It is designed to convert operational knowledge into repeatable digital infrastructure.

Business Model

How We Price Our Work

We don’t need every project to turn into a subscription. We price each kind of work based on where the value is — and how repeatable it already is.

Process Diagnosis

A project fee to map your process and show exactly where time and money leak out. Good fit when what you need first is visibility, not new software.

Custom Transformation

We design, build and deploy your system, then often stay on with a recurring fee to run, monitor and improve it — you own what we built.

Workflow Software / SaaS

One onboarding fee, then an annual subscription that scales with your users, workflows or integrations. No rebuilding — just configuring.

Smart Infrastructure

Hardware and integration up front, then an annual license for monitoring and optimization. Add locations or devices as you grow.

Transaction Platforms

The end user pays the fee, not the institution — so revenue grows with usage, and adoption stays revenue-neutral for the organization.

“We price the transformation, not the coding hours.”

Why It Gets More Profitable Over Time

We make our margin by reusing what we’ve already built, not by charging more for the same work — the same methodology, architecture, product and distribution channel all carry over to the next deployment.

Margin expansion comes from reuse: less incremental effort for each additional deployment, customer, location or transaction.

Why the Model Can Compound

A good market entry pays off twice: once in revenue, and again in everything we learn — what works, what doesn’t, who else needs it. Once that knowledge becomes a product, growth stops requiring more people for every new customer.

What We’re Building Toward

Recurring Revenue %

How much revenue doesn’t need a new sale every period.

Implementation-to-Recurring Conversion

How often a one-off project turns into an ongoing customer.

Reuse Ratio

How much of each new deployment we build from things we already have.

Gross Margin by Revenue Type

Separates project economics from product and transaction economics.

Expansion Revenue

Growth from existing customers adding users, workflows or locations.

Cost per Transaction

Whether automation is actually saving money, not just shifting it.

What Investors Should Watch

Don’t count how many custom projects we’ve delivered. Watch whether recurring revenue is growing, deployments are getting faster, and existing customers are buying more — that’s the real signal we’re becoming a product company.

Closing Position

Our opportunity is to operate at the intersection of process intelligence, automation and productization. We begin where operational complexity is still manual or invisible, create the digital structure needed to understand it, and build the system that can run it more efficiently.

The long-term value proposition is therefore not simply digital transformation. It is the ability to repeatedly convert inefficient real-world processes into scalable, monetizable digital systems.

Observe the friction. Structure the data. Redesign the workflow. Automate the process. Scale the product.
